Gamila’s journey with Gallimore Products is a testament to hard work, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Eighteen years ago, she began her career in the warehouse, unloading containers and fulfilling orders. Her passion for business and drive for success led her to pursue a degree in Global Management with a specialization in International Business and Marketing. In 2008, while still completing her studies, she took the initiative to join the marketing department and self-taught coding to develop the company’s first website.

Her dedication and forward-thinking approach propelled her through the ranks.

In 2013, she was promoted to Vice President, followed by an advancement to Executive Vice President in 2017. In 2024, Gamila stepped into the role of CEO, where she now leads Gallimore Products with a focus on collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous growth. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its product offerings, now boasting a catalog of over 400 disposable foodservice packaging products.

Gamila’s innovative mindset extends beyond leadership—she holds a patent for a 2-in-1 condiment container and recently applied for another patent for a paper spoon, a project that took eight months of dedicated research and development. These achievements underscore her commitment to pushing boundaries and driving sustainability forward.

Above all, Gamila believes that leadership is about more than guiding a company—it’s about empowering individuals to grow, innovate, and succeed together. Her recognition as a Business Elite “40 Under 40” awardee is a proud moment for Gallimore Products and a reflection of the values we uphold as a team.
