Thank You, Chicago: Gallimore Products at the NRA Show 2026

We are still riding the energy from the 2026 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show! The incredible four days on the floor in McCormick Place in Chicago, from handshake to the final conversation, were exactly why we do what we do.

The NRA Show is unlike any other foodservice event on the calendar. Tens of thousands of professionals in this field have gathered in Chicago to discover new products, reconnect with partners, and stay ahead of the trends that are shaping the industry. And this year, Gallimore Products has taken the stage in conversation about sustainability, cost management, and operational performance.

With 40 years of experience building solutions in the food service and packaging industry, we feel more confident than ever about sharing our vision for sustainable packaging and building relationships that meet your operational goals.

Starting Conversations and Showcasing Innovations.

Our booth was buzzing with visitors curious about our products and innovations. And our team was ready to share and connect with professionals. By featuring our key and patented products, we sparked a conversation.

Our Vice President of Sales, Brenna Dumouchel, took the stage to discuss these innovative and sustainable items. She perfectly set the scene for listeners on the various obstacles in any food service environment.

And cutlery came into that conversation.

With nine layers of virgin paper, each layer dipped with a water-based coating, creating exceptional strength and a smooth mouthfeel, Gallimore’s Paper Cutlery actually performs. The paper spoon is ergonomically designed to deliver a full, satisfying spoonful and is suitable for hot and cold applications. The knife features serrated edges and a sharp point that’s strong enough to cut through steak. Lastly, the fork, with its angled tines, is engineered to prevent breakage under pressure.

It’s 100% compostable and passes any recycling stream, showing that not only does it perform well, but it is also sustainable.

But then, there is more to the foodservice than cutlery.

Gallimore Products introduced a product with a simple concept that solves a basic problem for many fast-paced food-service operations: using the same container for hot or cold food and its condiments.

The Paper Flexcone is the product for it. One container and two compartments. Your favorite finger food in the bottom, and your favorite condiment right on top. No hassle with having two separate containers. Just a grab-and-go convenience engineered to make it easier for people to enjoy their food and snacks.

With its two-in-one design, it makes it ideal for stadiums, arenas, food trucks, and QSR environments. Its material is fully recyclable, meeting sustainability expectations without sacrificing function. And recently, Gallimore launched the 18 oz Flexcone, which fits standard cup holders. It was a crowd-pleaser for operators running high-volume grad-and-go environments, and this design improved the customer experience.

Alongside our featured innovations, Gallimore Products showcased a variety of sustainable packaging, including compostable paper straws, sugarcane containers, takeout containers and boxes, and a new service that offers custom printing on various packages in our catalog.

Whether you’re an independent operator standardizing your packaging, or a national distributor managing supply at scale, Gallimore’s team came prepared with solutions for every segment.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen brand recognition, create a more cohesive consumer experience, or simply make your packaging stand out, our team handles everything from production through to delivery, start to finish.

Our sales team will help guide you through the process. No juggling vendors, no supply chain surprises. You will find your product shows up right, on time, and looking how you envisioned it.

It’s More Than Products. It’s a Partnership.

Nonetheless, what stood out the most from the show wasn’t any single product; it was the conversations. Operators are navigating a demanding landscape and are looking for partners, not just vendors.

It’s More Than Products. It’s a Partnership.
